I’m still not happy with this weirdo elseworlds version of Buffy. it’s too brief, the story is too jilted and I think I’m going to drop it from my pull list.
Still an ok series but I’m really not sure where this is all going.
The reuse of panels is a huge problem with this mini series and the content feels horribly stretched out. So far I think the 5 issues could have been condensed down to two.

One of the best retro future comics I’ve read in a long time. It never once waivered in delivering the exact feel of both the Star Trek Animated series and the Transformers series. It’s hokey and corny and I loved every page of it.

they really nailed the one legged man’s attitude. he could have only gotten more perfect if he was wearing a MAGA hat.
Why did anyone forgot this woman? She apparently killed thousands and she isn’t even a footnote? I look forward to reading more about her and how forgettable she is.
True Believers usually pull from the deep archives, and this is no different. It’s deep and I just couldn’t care about this story here.
I think Ms Marvel was only in about 5 panels of this otherwise fantastic story, though it was weird to have all the x-women in swimsuits just randomly in the third act.
